BIZKART is a one-stop B2B service platform offering services for business registration, licensing, legal & compliance support, web & IT, software solutions, digital marketing, branding, advertising, media consulting, investment connecting, loan facilitation, and related professional services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or availing any service from BIZKART, you confirm that:

3. Scope of Services

• We act as a service facilitator / consultant and do not guarantee approvals, sanctions, funding, licenses, or certifications, as final decisions rest with government authorities, banks, NBFCs, or third-party institutions.
• Service timelines are indicative and may vary based on documentation, regulatory processes, and third-party response times.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents.
• Respond promptly to queries and requests for clarification.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws relevant to their business.
• Take responsibility for final verification of submitted details.

BIZKART shall not be responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Fees & Payments

• All service fees must be paid in advance or as agreed before initiation of work.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• Government fees, statutory charges, bank charges, or third-party costs are separate unless mentioned as inclusive.
• Any additional work beyond agreed scope will be charged separately.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds shall be issued once the service process has started.
• If a service is cancelled by the client after initiation, fees paid shall be forfeited.
• If BIZKART is unable to initiate the service due to internal reasons, a refund (if applicable) will be processed after deductions of administrative costs.

7. No Guarantee Clause

BIZKART does not guarantee:

• Approval of licenses, registrations, loans, funding, or certifications
• Specific rankings, revenue growth, or marketing results

Outcomes depend on regulatory authorities, financial institutions, market conditions, and client cooperation.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the BIZKART website, including text, logos, designs, graphics, and materials, is the intellectual property of BIZKART.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Confidentiality

• BIZKART maintains strict confidentiality of client information.
• Client data will only be shared with authorities or third parties strictly for service execution.
• We do not sell or misuse client data.

10. Limitation of Liability

BIZKART shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Delays or failures caused by government bodies, banks, NBFCs, or third parties
• Business losses arising from regulatory or market decisions

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

11. Service Execution by BIZKART & Associate Partners

Some services offered by BIZKART are executed directly by our in-house team. Certain services may be carried out through authorized associate partners, consultants, or third-party service providers engaged by BIZKART.

In all circumstances, BIZKART shall remain the primary point of contact and responsibility for the client with respect to the services availed. Coordination, communication, and overall service accountability shall be inherited and managed by BIZKART, irrespective of whether the service is executed internally or through associate partners.

12. Modification of Terms

BIZKART reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Termination of Services

BIZKART reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• False or misleading information is provided
• Payments are not made on time
• The service request violates any law or regulation

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi.
